Bookkeeping
You can outsource day-to-day bookkeeping details to us - invoicing, bills, data entry, banking, credit cards, reconciliations, etc. The chart of accounts will be clear, concise, and informative, and your financial statements will be organized and up-to-date. Even if you have bookkeepers on staff, we work with them -providing support and backup. As we assist with your bookkeeping tasks, we are always watching for ways that can increase efficiencies and improve processes.

Tax
Many folks dread preparing and filing their tax returns, but we have found ways to take advantage of this obligation. As an experienced tax professional, our founder can help you assess the tax impact of various financial events and decisions. What type of business should I be? What is the tax impact if I sell this, buy this, do this? In what ways can I reduce overall taxes? And while we prepare your tax filings and go through your information, we offer feedback on important elements of your financial affairs that we notice, such as beneficiary designations, tax withholdings, ownership of accounts, etc.

Accounting
Accounting services include periodic review of your books, ‘closing’ of the books, preparation of financial statements, cash flow planning, budgeting, etc.

There may be areas beyond our scope, but we can still help. We have many resources and referral options for payroll needs, personal financial planning, international complexities, retirement plans, mortgages, social security, and college planning.
